John Kirschner is a technology specialist who has over 25 years experience in IT. He has worked for Lockheed Martin and IBM as a I/T architect, systems engineer, systems programmer, instructor, and as a consultant. He is a certified IT security specialist and helps establish US government security policies in regard to new technologies. John is a certified I/T architect, certified business manager and certified large systems specialist. John is the author of numerous white papers on systems architecture, availability, performance, and ADPE modernization.

Luis will talk about what makes BC plans thorough and reasonable, and show how to actually impact your configurations to lower TCO and complexity. He will share and highlight keys to success in current technology, provide practical tips for establishing a common understanding across LOB's (Lines of Business) for technology engagement.

Luis has been involved directly with the firm's Disaster Recovery/Business Resumption, Datacenter Consolidation, Architecture Design and Implementation of very Large Parallel Sysplex for High Availability deployments from the Global Technology Infrastructure perspective for many years. He has extensive expertise in configurations for High Availability of one of the largest mainframe Parallel Sysplex environments in existence today.
