What we offer:
ACTS can update the HMC code and Service Processor code levels. We have discovered that many of the iSeries customers do not have their code levels up to date and upgrade only when they are forced to because of a problem with the hardware or an application. Many times the Rochester Support Center will tell the customer to upgrade the code before they can continue to assist them.
